mandarin orange delight pie

Ingredients:


8 ounces cool whip

1 tablespoon sugar

3 cups sour cream

2 can mandarine oranges

2 package instant vanilla pudding

---Filling:

1 tablespoon sugar for crust.

2 sticks butter melted

2 cups flour
 

Preparation / Directions:


Crust: Mix 2 cups flour, 2 blocks butter melted and 1 tablespoon sugar together. Place in a 9 x 13 baking pan at 325 degrees for about 1/2 hour until lightly brown on edges. Cool Crust. Filling: Mix 3 cups sour cream, and add 2 small boxes of instant vanilla pudding dry. (do not prepare pudding). Use (2) cans of the mandarine oranage and save only (1) one can juice of the mandarin orange into the filling. Add 1 tablespoon sugar. Pour over cooled crust and add the cool whip on top. Refrigerate for at least an hour to set. Enjoy!
