Pecan Pie 2

Ingredients:


1/2 stick butter

2 cups pecan halves

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup dark corn syrup

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 crust pie shell 9 inch

1/2 cup chocolate chips
 

Preparation / Directions:


Melt butter in glass bowl in microwave. Add pecan halves, sugar, corn syrup, eggs and vanilla. Mix together well. Sprinkle pie shell with chocolate chips pour pecan mixture into pie shell. Cook in microwave on high until center is set. About 8 minutes. Let sit for several minutes before serving. Great either warm, room temp or cold! Approximately 10-12 minutes.
