Ingredients:


4 Pounds Meat

1 1/2 Pounds Suet

4 Pounds Raisins

4 Pounds Sugar

10 Pounds Apples

2 Pounds Currants

1/2 Pound Citron

1 Quart Liquid Meat Was Cooked In

1 Pint Cider

1/2 Pint Molasses -- Add With Spices

3 Teaspoons Cloves

10 Teaspoons Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon Pepper

4 Tablespoons Salt

2 Teaspoons Nutmeg

3 medium lemons

3 Teaspoons Mace
 

Preparation / Directions:


Makes 12 quarts. As with all OLD OLD recipes there are not cooking instructions with this. Obviously you cook the meat first. All the big stuff needs to be chopped smaller. Then you can this. I am not a canner but I would think you can with the same instructions that you do other meats?
