Blackberry Cream Pie

Ingredients:


1 cup sugar

1 cup sour cream

3 tablespoons all purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

16 ounces frozen blackberries thawed or

4 cups fresh blackberries

1 crust pie shell -- unbaked 9 inch

1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs -- (up to 1/2cup)

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon margarine or butter -- melted
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine the sugar, sour cream, flour and salt. Place blackberries in the pie shell. Spread the sour cream mixture over top. In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar, and margarine. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the sour cream mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
