Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine the sugar, sour cream, flour and salt. Place blackberries in the pie shell. Spread the sour cream mixture over top. In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar, and margarine. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the sour cream mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until done. |
