Applesauce Cobbler

Ingredients:


1 cup chunky-style unsweetened applesauce

2 tablespoons crushed bran flakes cereal

1 tablespoon instant old-fashioned oatmeal

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1 dash ground nutmeg

2 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon low-calorie margarine

1 teaspoon chopped nuts
 

Preparation / Directions:


Pour the applesauce in a small microwave-safe bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients together in a small zippered plastic bag. Use a rolling pin to help blend the mixture if desired. Sprinkle the mixture over the applesauce. Cover and microwave on medium for 2 minutes. Let the cobbler stand for 2 minutes before serving. 1 serving
