Cream Cheese Pie Crust

Serves: 9-inch pie crust.

Ingredients:


4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine cream cheese and butter together, mixing well. Gradually stir in flour.

2. Roll out between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Transfer to a 9-inch pie plate and prick with fork to prevent shrinkage. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes at 350*F (175*C) or until golden brown.
