Peach Crisp

Ingredients:


4 medium ripe peaches -- peel+slice 1/4 inch

3 tablespoons flour

2 1/4 ounces quick-cooking oats -- uncooked

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

2 tablespoons reduced calorie margarine

2 teaspoons reduced calorie margarine

3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar or

9 teaspoons sweetener
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 350 F. Toss peaches with 1 tablespoon of the flour and place in a 6x11" baking pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over peaches. Bake 30-35 minutes, until crisp. serve warm or cold.
