Ingredients:


2 cups jiffy baking mix

1/4 cup butter

2 tablespoons sugar

2/3 cup milk

1/4 cup raspberry preserves

---GLAZE---

2/3 cup powdered sugar

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix baking mix, butter and sugar until crumbly. Stir in milk until dough forms; beat 15 strokes. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Make a shallow well in the center of each with the back of spoon, fill with 1 teaspoon of preserves. Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Mix and blend glaze together well. Remove from oven and drizzle with glaze.
