1 1/2 pounds stew beef.
1 package egg noodles
1 bottle heinz 57 sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation / Directions:

Cut stew beef into 1" cubes. Brown in butter or margarine. When browned add water to cover meat. Cook in pressure cooker for 20 minutes at #10 pressure. Remove steam and you can either crush fine the stew beef or leave it in cubes. Add 1/2 bottle of 57 sauce.(More if you like spicy food). Cook egg noodles according to package directions and drain. Thicken sauce with flour and water to get a gravy. Pour over noodles or mix it all together. It is good with a salad and garlic bread.
