Jalapeno-Tomato Pasta

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons garlic

1/2 cup shallot

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2/3 cup sun-dried tomato halves in o

1/4 cup jalapeno chile

1 pound wide egg noodles

1/4 cup parsley

1/4 cup parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine the garlic, shallots, and oil in a skillet, over a medium flame heat and stir for 5 minutes, until softened add the sun-dried tomatoes and chiles heat and stir for 20 minutes season to taste with salt and pepper remove from heat and set aside cook noodles in boiling-salted water, until tender drain, rinse, and drain well combine the sauce mixture, pasta, and parsley-toss to mix well spoon onto a serving platter top with grated parmesan cheese serve hot
