Spaghetti Alla Matriciana 1

Ingredients:


5 ounces Bacon lean

3 ounces onion sliced

8 ounces red wine

1 dash black pepper

1/4 pint Marinara sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat up the pan for 2 minutes then place in the bacon and sliced onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain off the oil, then add parsley, basil and red wine and reduce. Finish off with marinara sauce and black pepper.
