Ingredients:


1 cup flour

4 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup cream

1 tablespoons sugar

---filling

1 stick butter

3/4 bottle maple syrup

12 ounces crushed pineapple
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix batter together until smooth. Make pancakes in greased 8-inch fry pan; turn out on plate. Make filling: whip maple syrup with butter until light and fluffy; fold in crushed pineapple to taste. Fill pancakes, roll and put in 350 degree oven until golden and hot, usually takes about 30 minutes.
