Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients:


3/4 Cup Milk

2 tablespoons Butter Or Margarine -- Softened

1/3 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

2/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour

2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

2 tablespoons Sugar

1/4 Teaspoon Salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place milk, butter, and egg in bowl. Attach bowl and wire whip. Turn to speed 4 and whip 30 seconds. Add whole wheat flour, allpurpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Turn to speed 6 and whip 30 seconds, until combined. Slowly heat greased griddle or heavy skillet. Using 2 tablespoons batter for each pancake, drop onto griddle. Cook until bubbles form on surface and edges become dry. Turn and cook until golden brown on underside. serve immediately
