Ingredients:


3/4 Cup unbleached flour

1 tablespoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 Dash pepper

1 Dash cayenne

1 large egg white lightly beaten

10 ounces cream-style corn fat free
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix together first 5 ingredients. Blend in egg white and creamed corn. Drop by tablespoons onto sprayed pan or griddle or a dry nonstick griddle. Cook until golden; turn carefully. Cook until golden on other side. Makes twelve 3-inch pancakes.
