Ihop Pancakes

Ingredients:


1 1/4 cups milk

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

2. Pour the batter into a skillet over medium heat, forming 5" circles.

3. When the edges appear to harden, flip the pancakes. They should be light brown.

4. Cook on the other side for same amount of time, or until light brown.
