Ostrich Fillet and Shrimp

Ingredients:


1 pound Ostrich Fillets

1/2 ounces Shrimp

1 1/2 cup Rice

1 1/2 cup Asparagus

1 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Marinate the ostrich fillets in soy sauce. Grill the fillets over a grill at very high temperature until medium rare. Grill the shrimp. Serve over a bed of rice with asparagus spears on the side.
