Spinach With Onions

Ingredients:


2 pounds fresh spinach

2 tablespoons margarine

1/2 cup onion

1 dash nutmeg -- thyme, salt

1 dash fresh ground pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Rinse spinach thoroughly; place in to top of double boiler and heat until wilted. Drain and chop coarsely. Melt margarine in skillet; add onion. Saute over high heat until onion is brown on the edges. Add seasoning. Stir to blend. Add and toss to blend.
