Onion-Beef Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:


2 teaspoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 cup onion

3 teaspoons flour

1 cup beef stock

1 teaspoon cider vinegar
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine butter and sugar in a saucepan, over a low flame heat and stir for 4-5 minutes, until golden add onions, heat and stir for 2-3 minutes whisk in flour, heat and stir for 2-3 minutes vigorously whisk in broth, heat and stir until thickened add vinegar-mix well bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 8-10 minutes remove from heat serve hot or warm
