Ingredients:


1 teaspoon peanut oil

2 teaspoons garlic

1 cup dry roasted peanuts

1 teaspoon hot chile powder

1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


heat oil in a skillet, over a medium flame add garlic and saute until golden remove and discard garlic add peanuts and chile powder, heat and stir for 2 minutes remove from heat, drain sprinkle with salt serve warm
