Ingredients:


24 medium chestnuts

2 teaspoons olive oil

2 teaspoons water
 

Preparation / Directions:


preheat oven to 425 degrees cut a cross in the flat side of each chestnut place in a casserole add a couple teaspoons oil and swirl pan to coat evenly add water and cover tightly bake @ 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until tender serve hot
