Glazed Cashews

Ingredients:


2 cups cashews

1/2 cup sugar

2 teaspoons butter

1/2 teaspoon vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine cashews, sugar, and butter in a saucepan, over a medium flame heat and stir until sugar turns a rich golden color remove from heat stir in vanilla spread out onto a buttered baking sheet or parchment paper cool serve at room temperature
