Preparation / Directions:Cut the mushrooms into slices. Put the mushrooms and the butter into a
medium
skillet. Heat the skillet to medium high and cook the mushroom for 3 to 5
minutes. Stir frequently. Cook until the Shiitake are lightly browned.
Remove
the mushrooms to a serving dish and salt to taste.
