Preparation / Directions:In nonstick skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, cook mushrooms and shallots, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and liquid is evaporated. In medium bowl, combine mushroom mixture, blue cheese dressing, green onion, sherry and pepper. Top each bread round with mushroom mixture. Serve immediately or just before serving warm in oven at 350F for 5 minutes. Makes about 28 appetizers.
