---dry spice rub
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation / Directions:

Combine spices. Rub spices on pork steak and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Grill pork over medium heat. Sprinkle additional spice when turning. Remove steaks when internal temperature reaches 155F.
