Ingredients:


1 1/2 pounds GROUND MEAT

2 large eggs

2/3 CUP MILK

1/3 CUP CHOPPED ONION

1/2 CUP KETCHUP

3/4 CUP DRY BREAD CRUMBS( ITALITAN BREAD)

1 teaspoon BASIL OR OREGANO

1 teaspoon GARLIC MINCED

3/4 teaspoon BLACK PEPPER

6 ounces TOMATO SAUCE
 

Preparation / Directions:


COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS( EXCEPT TOMATO PASTE ) IN A BOWL. SPREAD TOMATO PASTE ON TOP AND SIDES. BAKE AT 350 FOR 1 HOUR AND 20 MINS. LET STAND FOR 10 MINS
