Sweet And Sour Pork

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons olive oil

1 medium Onion -- halved and sliced

2 medium yellow peppers -- cored, de-seeded and cut into chunks

2 medium green peppers -- cored, de-seeded and cut into chunks

1 1/2 pound trimmed pork leag steaks -- cubed

1 bottle fresh sweet and sour stir-fry sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the onion and peppers for 5 mins until softened. Add pork to pan and cook for 10 mins. Stir the sweet and sour sauce into pork mixture, bring to the boil and simmer for 3 mins. Serve with boiled rice.
