Mushroom Garlic Pork Chops

Ingredients:


1 Tablespoon vegetable oil

4 chops pork chops -- 1/2 inch thick

1 can cream of mushroom with roasted garlic

1/4 Cup water
 

Preparation / Directions:


In skillet over mediumhigh heat, heat oil. Add chops in 2 batches and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set Chops off fat. Add soup and water. Heat to a boil. Return chope to pan. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chops are done. TIPS: Serve with broth simmered rice. In saucepan over mediumhigh heat. Heat 1 can101/2oz.Campbells condensed chicken broth and 1 cup water to a boil. Stir in 2 cups uncooked Minute Original Rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
