Pan Fried Frog Legs

Ingredients:


12 medium frog legs

3 Tablespoon salt

3 Tablespoon vinegar

3 pint water

1/2 cup evaporated milk

1 cup butter

1 stick butter

1 teaspoon Pepper

1 teaspoon Garlic powder to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Clean and skin the frog legs. Mix salt and pepper in enough water to cover the legs and soak them for 2 hours. Take out of the water and pat dry. Dip in milk, sprinkle with pepper and garlic then roll in flour.
