Ingredients:


2 cloves garlic -- crushed

3 small shallots -- minced

1/4 cup peanut oil

3 tablespoons nuoc nam sauce

2 tablespoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon bouillon powder

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 3/4 cup FOR POULTRY, PORK, SEAFOOD
