Spicy Vinegar Marinade

Ingredients:


1 cup red wine vinegar

1 cup water

1 medium Onion -- sliced

2 cloves garlic -- minced

8 whole cloves

6 medium parsley sprigs

2 pieces bay leaves

2 medium celery ribs w/leaves -- chopped

2 medium juniper berries -- crushed

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1 tablespoon brown sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 3-1/2 cups. FOR BEEF, POULTRY, PORK, LAMB
