Sesame Marinade and Dressing

Ingredients:


3 tablespoons dry sherry

3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce

3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1/4 cup water

2 tablespoons green onion -- chopped

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon oriental dark-roasted sesame oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine dry sherry, soy sauce, wine vinegar, hoisin sauce and ginger; mix well. Reserve 1/3 cup sherry mixture for marinade in Japanese Steak Salad. To prepare dressing, combine remaining sherry mixture with water, green onion, sugar and sesame oil; mix well. Serving Ideas : Serve dressing with Japanese Steak Salad.
