Ingredients:


2 cups cider vinegar

1 cup unsalted butter

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon crushed red chiles
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a small saucepan, over a low flame heat to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes use as a marinade or baste for grilling
