Ingredients:


1/2 cup wish-bone italian or olive oil classics italian dressing

2 pieces chicken -- cut into, up to pieces*, up to 3-pound
 

Preparation / Directions:


In large shallow baking dish, pour Italian dressing over chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight. Remove chicken, reserving marinade. Grill or broil, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade, until done. Do not brush with marinade last 5 minutes of cooking. Makes about 6 servings. *Variation: Use 2-1/2-to 3-pound London broil or chuck steak.
