The Coach House Wine Marinade

Ingredients:


-----FOR POULTRY, FISH, SHELLFISH-----

1 cup dry white wine

3 large shallots -- minced

2 cloves garlic -- minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

10 pieces peppercorns -- crushed
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/2 cups
