Daddy's Shishkabob Marinade

Ingredients:


1 cup oil

3/4 cup wine vinegar

1 tablespoon garlic salt

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon salt

1/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix above ingredients together in a large container and marinade Shishkabob ingredients for a minimum of 24 to 48 hours in the refrigerator. Turn occasionally to insure that the liquid is distributed throughout. Use onions, fresh mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes, beef cubes, etc. *I serve this with consommé rice, a green salad and French bread.
