Citrus-Herb-Ginger Marinade for Fish and Seafood |

Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup plum wine |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
2 tablespoons cilantro, fresh |
1 teaspoon thyme -- crumbled |
1 piece bay leaf, fresh -- chopped |
1 clove garlic |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon white pepper |
1 piece rosemary, fresh |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine all the ingrendients in the bowl of a blender and puree together.
Let marinade stand for at least one hour so the flavors can mingle.
Marinate fish or shrimp for 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator before grilling.
This marinade is good for shrimp, scallops and white-fleshed fish.
