Citrus-Herb-Ginger Marinade for Fish and Seafood

Ingredients:

     1/4  cup           olive oil
     1/4  cup           plum wine
   2      tablespoons   lemon juice
   2      tablespoons   lime juice
   2      tablespoons   orange juice
   2      tablespoons   cilantro, fresh
   1      teaspoon      thyme -- crumbled
   1                    bay leaf, fresh -- chopped
   1      clove         garlic
     1/4  teaspoon      salt
     1/4  teaspoon      white pepper
   1      spring        rosemary, fresh
 

Preparation:

Combine all the ingrendients in the bowl of a blender and puree together. Let marinade stand for at least one hour so the flavors can mingle. Marinate fish or shrimp for 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator before grilling. This marinade is good for shrimp, scallops and white-fleshed fish.
