1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley

1/2 cup fresh basil

2 teaspoons scallions

1 teaspoon garlic

1 teaspoon fresh oregano

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon crushed red chiles

1/3 cup dry white wine

1/2 cup olive oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-mix well use as a marinade for prawns, scallops, or poultry
