Marinated Lamb Chops

Ingredients:


1/2 cup dry red wine

1/4 cup raspberry vinegar

2 tablespoons dijon mustard

1/4 Teaspoon fresh ground pepper and salt -- to taste

2 pounds lamb chops
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine the first four ingredients. Add the lamp chops and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Grill or broil the lamb chops until done as desired. 6 servings/Serving size: 3 oz
