Custard Sauce For Jell-O Snow

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoons flour

1 dash salt

1 large egg yolk -- slightly beaten

1 1/4 cups milk -- scalded

1/2 teaspoon vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine sugar, flour, salt, and egg yolk. Add small amount of milk, stirring vigorously. Return to double boiler and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool. Add vanilla. Serve with Jell-O Snow or Loganberry Jell-O.
