Spaghetti With Garlic And Oil - 1

Ingredients:


1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons garlic chopped

2 tablespoons fresh parsley -- chopped

1/2 cup white wine

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

1 pound thin spaghetti; cooked -- hot

1/2 cup parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Melt the butter in olive oil. Add garlic and sauté‚for 5 minutes on low. Add wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Toss with pasta and garnish with parsley. Serve hot with grated cheese on the side. Serve with crusty bread and salad.
