Italian Style Broccoli

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

2 cups broccoli -- sliced

1 clove garlic

2 tablespoons pine nuts
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the oil, broccoli and garlic. Cook until the broccoli is tender crisp and beginning to brown (about 4 minutes), stirring occasionally. Stir in the pine nuts. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot. Yields 2 Servings
