Beet Fettuccine With Caviar |

Ingredients:
1/2 recipe beet fettuccine or |
6 ounces uncooked fettuccine |
1/3 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup milk |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 medium green onion -- (with top) thinly sliced |
1 tablespoon caviar |

Preparation / Directions:
Cook fettuccine as directed in recipe or on package; drain. Heat remaining ingredients except caviar over low heat, stirring constantly, just until hot. Toss with hot fettuccine. Spoon caviar on top.
