Beet Fettuccine With Caviar

Ingredients:

     1/2  recipe        beet fettuccine or
   6      ounces        uncooked fettuccine
     1/3  cup           sour cream
     1/4  cup           milk
   2      tablespoons   grated parmesan cheese
     1/8  teaspoon      pepper
   1                    green onion -- (with top)
                        thinly sliced
   1      tablespoon    caviar
 

Preparation:

Cook fettuccine as directed in recipe or on package; drain. Heat remaining ingredients except caviar over low heat, stirring constantly, just until hot. Toss with hot fettuccine. Spoon caviar on top.
