Lime Potatoes

Ingredients:


1 tablespoon buttter

2 tablespoons tomato paste

2 tablespoons cilantro

2 tablespoons finely chopped small green chilies

6 large cooked potatoes -- cubed

1 medium lime -- juice of
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine everything in a large skillet except potatoes and lime and fry until the fat separates. Add the potatoes and fry until the potatoes are crisp on the outside. Pour lime juice on top and serve.
