Preparation / Directions:Lightly crush cardamom pods and seeds using side of knife. Bring water, crushed cardamom and ginger to boil in small saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add tea bags and let steep 3 minutes. Remove tea bags. Stir in milk and heat tea to simmer. Stir in honey and strain into cup. Serve the tea warm or as a lightly iced refreshing beverage. Makes 1 (1-cup) serving.
