Battered Tiny-Taters
 

Ingredients:


1 can Tiny-Taters

2 tablespoons Self-raising flour

1 teaspoon Soda

2 tablespoons water
 

Preparation / Directions:


From 1x Tin of "Tiny-Taters "(OR similar) take 8 units per head. Bisect and dry on a fresh towel.Make up a HEAVY batter of S.R.Flour and Soda-water. Coat your taters thickly and deep-fry in a pre-heated chip-pan until golden brown. Enjoy!
