Preparation / Directions:Saute onions, garlic and ginger in (as little as possible) olive oil. Add tomatoes, and continue frying. Add all the spices and continue sauteing for about 5 min. Add chick peas, potatoes and raisins let simmer about 15 min. and serve alone or over rice.
