Ingredients:


1 medium chicken -- skinned and cut into 8 pieces marinate in salt and lemon juice

1 cup yogurt

1 teaspoon ginger paste

1 teaspoon garlic paste

1 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 teaspoon red chilli powder to taste

5 drops red food coloring -- (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Marinate chicken pieces in the above ingredients. Barbecue. This chicken can be cooked under the grill or in the oven. Baste with a little oil to give it a shine. But the best flavour comes from barbecuing.
